i was given warm welcome at check-in by marco, jessica, and roos, so i felt immediately at ease. staff offered table service during breakfast, a nice touch. i was moved to a quiet room facing the courtyard.

the staff greeted me by name each morning. i noticed fresh flowers placed daily in the lobby. My diamond junior suite offered ample space for relaxation and work. i found high quality toiletries and soft towels provided. The room temperature was always comfortable and i appreciated the quiet atmosphere.

i noticed a VERY slight delay in room service delivery one afternoon.

the concierge offered excellent recommendations for local restaurants. Housekeeping maintained the rooms impeccably each day. Front desk staff handled all requests promptly and with GREAT courtesy, and always with a smile.

the location is central, made sightseeing easy. breakfast had MANY vegan options, which i really appreciated. my sapphire beautiful room was very clean and well maintained. i found pens with 'diamond' tips adding a touch of whimsy.

the hotel air conditioning was slow to work, a bit inconvenient.
